We had a great time in Cornhuskerland the past 24 hours. Wish the outcome of the game was a little different but it could have been a lot worse. The fans of the home team were great and fun to be with however it did get a tad bit chilly.
This was the last time these two teams would compete in regular season. I was there.

I've eaten here twice and the first time was 25 years ago. The second time was exactly as I remembered it. Their thin fried catfish is like none you have eaten anywhere and is to die for. If you ever find yourself on US51 on the western shore of Lake Pontchartrain you owe it to yourself to stop in. Order a large and split it with someone.

We couldn't have asked for better seats at this event of the New Orleans Saints vs the Carolina Panthers. Limited access club level kept the crowds to a tolerable saturation. Man oh man, did this rock. I put it together after hearing someone at work talk about. It was all cooked out in my drive way in a Dutch oven on my grill. Man, it rocked!
