It was Take Your Child to Work Day and we had a blast with 30some kiddles at Renewal by Andersen. There was a full agenda which of course included a sales meeting where I covered overcoming objections, teaching the young recruits how to sell value, ask for the order and then over deliver.
After everything was cleaned up and everyone had left for the day I came back into the sales room to find this message on the white board. It gave me pause on the day and the interactions I had with all of the children. These kids are truly in touch with what their parents do for a living and are proud of them. They know what we do as a team and why it's important that we do it right.
It makes me proud to be part of this organization and I'm looking forward to watching each of these children grow up.
