No, I don't sleep with my iPhone on my nightstand. I know you expected that but the only way I can get sleep is to leave it in another room. My personality requires that any time there is a little light flicker, chime or vibration I'd have to pick it up, adjust my eyes and then respond.
This shot was taken so many hours ago that I can't even remember what apps I used to manipulate the image. So here it is. The RedHead, up way too early and I was still in bed. For some reason this particular morning I did just happen to have my iPhone on my nightstand.
I like how you can barely see the outline of the blankets in the foreground and that when you View On Black the lights from the bathroom are so invading and almost require that you squint.
Going back to bed now.
Easily one of my favorite subjects to capture. I like this one. Kind of a revision of my previous Nikon self portrait.
